All merchandise is sold F.O.B. Hicksville, NY and subject to NY Sales Tax for NY Residents.

Warranty:

All products are warranted to be free from defects in both material and workmanship, under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of sale. This Warranty does not apply to any product that has been damaged due to improper installation, misuse, alterations, modifications, repairs, accident or normal wear & tear (washers, seals, o-rings gaskets etc). In no event will Olmstead Products Corp. be liable to any customer for any costs or damages beyond the product repair or replacement due to the customer purchase, use or inability to use Olmstead Products Corp. equipment.

Claims Procedure:

Should a customer discover a defect during the Warranty period they should contact Olmstead Products Corp. for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The item must be returned to Olmstead Products per our instructions. Upon receipt the returned merchandise will be inspected and a determination will be made by Olmstead Products Corp. to repair or replace merchandise found by Olmstead Products Corp. to be defective. Olmstead Products determination of all defective merchandise is final. Olmstead Products Corp. must first authorize all repairs; any unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed.

Return Policy:

Prior approval by Olmstead Products is required before any merchandise can be returned. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt in original condition with all parts and in original packaging, including any manuals. All orders that were filled correctly are subject to a 25% restocking & handling fee. All returns must be sent Freight Prepaid. Custom orders can not be returned for credit.
